First 10 attempts a woman reluctantly spoke English with me, and tells me my issue is a router, so sends a router out. Only to find out days later it's not a router issue.

On my 20th attempt and maybe 20 hours of wasted time, someone eventually speaks English. The chap tells me, it's a general fault.

Adding to that telling me Vodafone Kabel customer service staff are not allowed to speak english and its forbidden. I then try to log onto the system online to write a ticket.

I cancelled my contract after that fiasco but then foolishly allowed myself to be talked into renewing it at a reduced monthly rate!

Then in the last three months my house phone started shuting of in the middle of a converation. Ater renewing batteries etc , I put it down to a fault on the phone and replaced it ,Yes you got it , the fault carried on happening causing no end of frustration and embarressment!

It was when I started trying to get the fault sorted that I found out what sort of customer service Kable Deutschland really provide.

Hours of talking to automated answering services with waiting times of up to 45mins really pushed me to the limit!

Eventually I got to speak to a techniker who claimed to have found the fault on my phone line and sent me a cable to replace the defective one , guess what it did not fit!

This was the last straw so I decided to cancel my contract on technical grounds and this was accepted by Kable Deutschland for the 9th of September.

Imagine my horror when I tried to log onto my emails whilst on holiday only to be told that my account was no longer valid and I could no longer have access to it!

This was one week before the end of my contract and to this day I have been unable to retreive my stored email addresses both private and buisness from my old account.

I really would not recommend Kable Deutschland to anyone after my experience with them unless it was someone who likes wasting hours in the evening after a days work talking to a robot who then puts you hold for 45 mins!

In summary, the day to day service was at best average and the customer service when you have a problem that needs sorting is pathetic!
